Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Replacement.
- Heater and Air Conditioning User Interface Control Bolt[2x]
CAUTION:
Fastener Caution
Tighten
2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
- Heater and Air Conditioning User Interface Control
Procedure
- Unlock the retaining tabs.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
HEATER AND AIR CONDITIONING REMOTE CONTROL REPLACEMENT
Preliminary Procedure
Radio Control Assembly Replacement (IOB) Radio Control Assembly Replacement
(IO5,
IO6).
- Heater and Air Conditioning Remote Control
Procedure
- Unlock the retaining tabs.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Preliminary Procedure

Installation.
- Temperature Valve Actuator Bolt[2x]
CAUTION:

Tighten

- Temperature Valve Actuator - Right Side
Procedure
- Disconnect the electrical connector.

Brake and Accelerator Pedal Assembly Replacement.
- Temperature Valve Actuator Bolt[2x]
CAUTION:
Fastener Caution.
Tighten
2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

- Disconnect the electrical connector.

Removal Procedure
1. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and
Installation -
Remove.
2.
Air Inlet Housing Bolt(1) - Remove[2x].
3. Air Inlet Housing(2) - Remove.
4. Unlock the retaining tabs.
5.
Temperature Valve Actuator Bolt(1) - Remove[2x].
6. Temperature Valve Actuator - Left Side(2) - Remove.
7. Disconnect the electrical connector.
Installation Procedure
1.
CAUTION: Fastener Caution
Temperature Valve Actuator - Left Side(2) - Install.
2. Temperature Valve Actuator Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[2x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb
in).
3. Connect the electrical connector.
4.
Air Inlet Housing(2) - Install.
5. Air Inlet Housing Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[2x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).
6. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and
Installation -
Install.
7. Control Module References - Programming and Setup.
MODE CONTROL CAM ACTUATOR REPLACEMENT
Preliminary Procedure
Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side in HEATING, VENTILATION,
AND AIR
CONDITIONING.
- Mode Control Cam Actuator Bolt[2x]
CAUTION:
Fastener Caution.
Tighten
2.5N.m (22 lb in)
